With spring coming to an end, the flowers, fruits, and plants have all made their grand entrance.
It is a great time of year to scurry around in all the gardens and see the different kinds of plants that have arrived. They are full of new sights and smells, and a wonderful place to spend the early days of summer.
I love exploring for herbs and flowers to munch on while taking in the scenery; it is like my own personal plant trail-mix!
Nature trails are also a fun way to see the different types of flora and vegetation. Every time I go there is always something new to see. It is also a great way to destress and relax after being cooped up all winter. Nature is something precious to appreciate and enjoy.
Have you tried exploring any gardens or nature trails near you? For many people it gives your brain a rest, and helps you think clearly. If you do not have any nearby, try finding someone to help you plant your very own garden! It can be as simple as a few flowerpots on a windowsill.
I hope you are all staying safe during these trying times and finding your own way to give your mind a rest. I know, for me, some fresh air and taking in the beauty of nature always helps.
